This work was made as a part of a collaboration project in Shenkar with my classmate, Linur Damti. We were looking for unique ways to color concrete. The design derived of observing people other than ourselves and trying to detect feelings and emotions towards shapes. We created a series of objects which lines are characterized with something that is familiar. For instance, a flat and open shape is associated with femininity, while long and narrow is associated with masculinity. The coloring of the objects creates a contrast between its clear sharp nature and the soft roundness of the shapes.
